Product Features
1. Paste-Free Plate Design: The corrugating machine adopts a paste-free plate design, with the paste roller running in the opposite direction compared to traditional machines. This design prevents surplus pulp from splashing out and being wasted. Additionally, there is a specific distance between the corrugating roll and the paste, ensuring the paste does not dry out. In contrast, traditional machines have the corrugating roller placed too close to the paste, which often s to the paste drying out, resulting in significant waste.
2. Servo Motor and Energy-Efficient Drive System: The corrugating machine utilizes a servo motor and a unique variable-speed drive system developed by our factory. It eliminates energy-consuming gears and employs a synchronous belt and pulley drive as the main transmission mechanism, combined with our proprietary technology. This design saves over 30% more power compared to traditional corrugating machines of the same type.
3. Automatic Roller Separation for Temperature Control: Traditional corrugating machines cannot rotate when stopped, ing to uneven temperature distribution (known as the "banana" effect), blistering, waste production, and slower speeds. Our newly developed XHL450 High-Speed Corrugating Machine automatically separates the pressure roller and corrugating roller when stopped, allowing them to rotate independently and uniformly. This ensures each roller reaches an even temperature before restarting, preventing pit collapse caused by uneven roller temperatures and significantly reducing waste.
4. Patented Quick Roll Change Design: The machine features our patented design—a push-forward quick-change roll system. This allows for easy and safe groove changes within 10 minutes, providing greater production flexibility.
5. Negative Pressure Design for Enhanced Performance: The machine adopts a negative pressure design, which ensures rapid acceleration and braking without producing waste. Paper threading is easy, safe, and straightforward. In contrast, the market generally uses positive pressure designs, which have several disadvantages: hot corrugated air blows outward, increasing the working environment temperature; waste is often produced during rapid acceleration and braking; paper threading is inconvenient; and broken paper can get rolled into the paste roll's air box, causing further complications. Additionally, positive pressure designs have more complex machine parts, resulting in higher maintenance costs.
6. Integrated Console and Machine Body Design: The machine features an integrated console and body design, making it simple and practical. Workers can operate it more efficiently, and the compact design saves space.
